Natasha went above and beyond in helping us to find the home of our dreams. She was putting a lot of hours into looking for places, setting up showings, writing offers, and negotiating. She showed us a lot of properties. We placed a lot of offers but we were constantly outbid by other buyers. There is always someone who can offer more than you. We got to the point when we didn’t know where we are going to live because we had a due date when we had to move out of the property that we sold. Luckily, Natasha set us up with Coming Soon email notifications for properties that would come up on the market. A second after we saw a coming soon property, we asked her to schedule a showing for the day when it will go on the market. What she and Chris (her team lead) did instead was remarkable. They asked the seller’s agent to show us within an hour the same day they listed for the coming soon. Fortunately for us, the seller agreed. As soon as we saw the place we fell in love immediately. And yet, we decided to place offers to multiple places we saw that day so we’ll have options. That strategy paid off as this time around we had options to choose from and we selected the coming soon one that check marked the most on our acceptance criteria list. The escrow process was very fast and as it happened with a day delay from the lender, Natasha and Chris kept communicating regularly to make sure we are on point with the process of moving things along. Even on the day of the keys exchange, Natasha had to drive very far to pick up the keys from the seller’s agent and bring them back to the property. This says a lot about her going the extra mile for her clients. You rarely meet people that absolutely care about their clients. Natasha does indeed. It’s been three weeks since we received the keys to our new condo and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll be grateful to Natasha and Chris every day for being fearless and thinking outside of the box for their clients to get what they want!

Not only they held our hand throughout the property searching, offer submission, escrow process, and yet after the close of escrow they wanted to make sure we are satisfied with the property and everything works as expected after we moved in. Natasha is the one who found this unique property for us. We fell in love with it right away. The place felt so peaceful and tranquil. During the open house, Natasha immediately started building a connection with a listing agent. She understands how important it is to create rapport and trust with listing agents to differentiate yourself from other agents that represent buyers. Natasha suggested the appropriate amount to offer based on the upgrades the condo has and equivalent comps. She wrote a very clean offer to stand out from any competition. We had to patiently wait for a week until the seller made a decision and Natasha kept communication going with the listing agent and updated us regularly. We were beyond excited when our offer was accepted. Natasha and Ana were very helpful during the escrow while corresponding with a seller regarding different matters. The whole escrow was very easy and simple. It felt as if after we entered the escrow we awoke up the next day inside of our new resort style property. That’s how breezy it was. Chris went above and beyond in dealing with home warranty to make sure we are fairly compensated for the appliance issue we identified two days after we moved in. He prioritized our issue in his busy schedule and dedicated significant amount of time and effort to resolve it successfully. We were deeply touched when he delivered good news.
